We've got the answers
What can I upload?
PDFs up to 50 MB: lecture slides, class notes, a textbook chapter. Each PDF becomes one lesson inside a course.
What counts as an upload on the free plan?
Each lesson PDF, and each extra PDF you use to make a quiz. The free plan includes 3 in total, not per month. Deleting a lesson doesn't give the upload back.
What happens when I use my free uploads?
Your lessons stay, and every study tool keeps working on them. To add new PDFs, upgrade to Pro.
What does Pro add?
Unlimited uploads, chat and notes, plus higher limits on the other tools, for $17.99 a month. You can cancel from Settings with Manage billing.
Are there limits on the AI tools?
Yes, both plans have fair daily limits per tool (for example, chat messages per day). They are set well above normal study use and reset at 00:00 UTC. The exact numbers are on the pricing page.
Who can see my lessons?
Only you. Your courses and lessons are tied to your account.
Will it do my assignments for me?
That is not what it is for. GoatEd is built to help you understand your course material and test yourself on it, so the exam is not the first time you find out what you missed.
